Registration Guidelines

  1. Above mentioned registration fee is inclusive of GST as on 1th Dec 2017. Subject to change.
  2. Online Payments (credit/debit) will be applicable to a charge of 3% on the total amount.
  3. Spot registrants will not be guaranteed with a conference kit and gift.
  4. Registration fee includes conference kit, admission to the scientific hall, trade exhibition, inaugural function, lunches and dinners.
  5. Your delegate details will be used to provide you with the registration receipt and other conference communications.
  6. Conference organisers will not be liable in any form in case of any changes in conference date/ conference venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
  7. Conference Organisers are not responsible for postal delays/ failure of delivery by post or failure of electronic communications.
  8. It is mandatory for all the delegates to carry their Photo ID(Government Approved) for identification at the conference registration desk.

Cancellation Guidelines
Before 15th April 2018 :

  1. Letter / Email request to be sent to Conference Secretariat.
  2. 75% of the registration amount will be refunded.

After 16th April 2018 : 

  1. No registration amount will be refunded.

Note: All refunds will be paid 1 month after the completion of the conference.
